Range: Eye Contact
Duration: Until Victim is proven the truth
Effect: Gives user a false memory, Sometimes can replace old memories. The victim can relearn the truth but it would require immense amounts of information to support the truth.
Appearance: The user uses his sharingan to look into victims eye and then their pupil expands slightly and then they show the victim that memory, then the user thinks that is what happened
